The property is located on a quiet country lane and has a private parking bay for two cars.

It is also home to the famous Quince Honey Farm - a great day out for the whole family. The dramatic scenery of Exmoor National Park is only a short drive away with popular local beauty spots including Landacre Bridge and Lynton and Lynmouth. For a change of scenery, make sure to visit the golden sandy beaches on the North Devon Coastline, including the UK's best beach at Woolacombe (based on 2016 TripAdvisor reviews).

chairs that provides a lovely setting to enjoy an evening
meal.

fitted kitchen with electric cooker, 4 ring electric hob,
microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, integrated fridge/
freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee maker and
variety of kitchen utensils.
