Living room: The living area comprises of a large corner sofa and chaise lounge centred around the Smart TV, which has Netflix included. There is also an additional seating in one of the bay windows, perfect for relaxing and watching the boats go by. Patio doors lead out to a large decked balcony with far-reaching views of the town, coastline and surrounding countryside.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, washbasin, WC & heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1: Super king-size bed with wardrobe, dressing area and TV with Freeview. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.
